Brunswick; From Cook's Corner intersection, Old Rte 1 (aka
Bath Road) north 2 miles, turn right on Adams Road. Cemetery is 1.2
miles on left. Though within the Brunswick limits, these cemeteries are
much closer to West Bath and Harpswell. They are only about 15 feet apart and a few feet
from the road. The area is over-grown. There may be unmarked graves
between the 2 small lots. |

Routes. 123 and 24, Route 123 south 4.4
miles. Turn left on Neil's Point Road. Less than .5 of a mile, turn left
into the driveway of Fur and Feather Gift Shop. Check with the owner before
walking to the cemetery; which is in the woods of this private property. Request
permission. |

Road. Take a left on Craig Road. About a half mile. Located about a 300 feet in to the woods on a path that starts between two large pines, before a gravel pit. There is a metal pole across the road.
Ask permission to go on the land. Cemetery is unkempt with trees growing in it.

Doughty's Point Cemetery |
Sebascodegan Island (aka Great Island), Harpswell; From either
Route 123, Harpswell Neck Road or Route 24, Harpswell Island Road, turn
onto Mountain Road. From there turn onto Doughty Point Road and travel 1.1 miles.
When the road nearly doubles back on itself there will be an old tote road
on the left. Park and proceed on foot to the end of the point. At present
there is no clearly marked trail. On the west side of the point, very
close to the furthest end and approximately 30 feet from the water is the cemetery. |

onto Mountain Road. One half mile, turn right onto Old Dunning Road. Follow this
small dirt road to the end. Cemetery is about 100' ahead. |

Fenderson Family Cemetery |
The cemetery is located on a wooded knoll just to the left of a gravel pit
entrance due east of the cellar hole where the original farm once stood.
Traveling west along
Route 22, the road leading to the gravel pit and new house is on the left
directly opposite the Deering Farm in Scarborough, about a mile from
Babb Corner. The cemetery is heavily overgrown by trees. A number of erect, irregularly shaped stones
with no inscriptions may mark graves. Other grave markers may be hidden
under the turf. Several of the graves have footstones with initials. |
