Carter Lee Hill, b. Oct. 1, 1888; d. April 4, 1928; married  Ada Margaret Eason, b. May 7, 1890; d. Jan. 3, 1973. They lived and farmed south of Lockett in the late twenties. Carter drowned while on an outing at Lake Pauline. Their children were Frank, Hershell, Guy, C.L., Wayne, Lee, Peggy, Mary Bell, and Irene.
